Prepared with quality and care
Like all of our purified exosomes, exosomes isolated from HeLa human cell line, are carefully manufactured in SBI’s Palo Alto facilities. Starting with cells grown in Exo-FBS (our exosome-depleted FBS) to maximize purity, exosomes are isolated using ExoQuick-TC® and then quality checked by Western blot and/or ELISA for the presence of TSG101, CD9, CD63, and/or CD81and NanoSight for particle size and intactness. Provided in amounts > 1 x 10^6 exosomes (or 50 µg protein equivalent), all of our preps deliver functional exosomes.
