miR-302bcad/367 PiggyBac Transposon vectors
PiggyBac transposon vectors enable integration through transfection. Choose from constitutive miR-302/367 expression (cat# PB-miR302) or inducible miR-302/367 expression via the cumate switch (cat# PBQM-miR302). After iPSC generation, the PiggyBac transposon can be removed, footprint-free from the genome by re-expressing the PiggyBac transpoase (cat# PB200PA-1).
