Example mRNAExpress transcript protein expression with iPSC factors
HEK293 cells were transfected with 2ug of the mRNAExpress transcript indicated using SBI's RNAFection™ reagent. Autofluorescence (GFP) and immunostaining of the factors are shown in green and blue is DAPI staining for nuclei. The mRNAExpress transcripts are high quality RNAs that show expected banding with the appropriate sizes (see lower panel).
