SBI will design, clone, and sequence verify three shRNA constructs targeted to your chosen gene, or you can specify the shRNA sequence to be cloned. Choose from any of SBI's available shRNA lentivectors. We provide you with the 5-10 ug of plasmid DNA upon completion of your custom shRNA constructs. You may additionally choose to have these vectors packaged into pseudoviral particles and returned to you as ready-to-infect, concentrated virus. Simply add to your cells, and assay for the desired phenotype.

In order to begin the service, you simply:
1. Send us the GenBank accession number(s).
2. Provide your own siRNA sequence(s), if applicable
3. Choose the cloning vector (see RNAi Lentivectors)
4. Let us know if you have any special requests (i.e. only target specific regions of a gene,
target all variants, target consensus sequence between two or more organisms, etc.)
