A:	The basic requirements are a working laminar flow hood and biosafety level 2 procedures. Follow this link to view the recommendations by the Center for Disease Control (CDC website information).
Q:	Is Peg-it safe to use with lentivirus that will be used on Stem cells?
A:	Yes. SBI and others have tested Peg-it precipitated lentivirus with human and mouse stem cells with good transduction efficiencies and low toxicity.
