Retroviruses have better Infectivity after Concentration

Transduction experiments using retroviral particle prepared using Retro-Concentin™. Cells transduced show normal morphology and no obvious cytotoxicity is observed. High titer retrovirus particles prepared using Retro-Concentin were successfully used for generating induced pluripotent stem cells at SBI.
