Three validated reference controls included on each qPCR array plate

Accurately normalize your microRNA expression profiling data using three reference controls for endogenous housekeeping small RNA controls. Included on each plate are QuantiMir assays for RNUA1 (U1 snRNA), RNU43 (snoRNA-43) and RNU6 (U6 snRNA). The data anlaysis software calculates the geometric mean of all three signals prior to normalizing the qPCR microRNA profiling data. The values calculated reflect the ΔΔCt expression measurements and are automatically graphed.
