Cholesterol Homeostasis Reporters and HepG2 Cell Lines

All of the pGreenFire Cholesterol Pathway Reporters contain a downstream constitutive EF1-Puro cassette for stable cell line selection. The HepG2 reporter cell lines are puromycin resistant stable reporter cell lines for the particular reporter construct indicated. Each of the Liver X Receptor Response Elements (LXREs) originate from the promoters of the gene indicated.

pGreenFire plasmid constructs

The pGreenFire pathway reporters are also available with an optional EF1-Puro or EF1-Neo selection cassette placed downstream of the WPRE element. To include this option on your pGreenFire vector order, simply select the product with a "-P" for Puro or "-N" for Neo to designate which option you want. The selection cassettes are no extra charge. Example: pGreenFire1-HIF1(plasmid, catalog #TR026PA-1, would be #TR026PA-P that will include the EF1-Puro selection cassette. Contact SBI for current availability.

• To add an EF1-Neo cassette to a pGreenFire vector, select the "-N" catalog number, like TR010PA-N.

• To add EF1-Puro cassette to a pGreenFire vector, select the "-P" catalog number, like TR010PA-P.

•The standard pGreenFire vectors without a "-P" or "-N" will not contain any selection marker.

pGreenFire Packaged virus
