Magneto Lentiviral Transduction

The LentiMag™ kit provides a novel, simple, and highly effective approach to increase the number of cells positively transduced with System Bioscience’s HIV- and FIV-based lentiviral vectors compared to transduction aided by addition of polybrene. LentiMag™ is a nanoparticle formulation specifically developed for transduction of mammalian cells using Retrovirus- or Lentivirus-based gene and siRNA delivery vectors.
