Custom siRNA
Library Construction
Let us design,
clone, and package a library of siRNA sequences for your target genes

We design optimal siRNAs for 10 - 5,000
genes of your choice, or you provide your own siRNA sequences.

We clone the siRNA into an SBI
lentivector of your choice—choose from any of our siRNA expression vectors
with the copGFP marker, puromycin selection, or H2KK selection (please
inquire about availability).

We sequence verify a representative
number of clones and package the library into pseudoviral particles.

We deliver ready-to-infect pseudoviral
packaged siRNA library and/or plasmid library.
