Facilitate your research by taking advantage of SBI’s expertise in working with our various lentivector systems. We can save you the time and trouble of constructing and packaging lentiviral constructs and libraries, and we can even analyze your siRNA library experiments.

Custom siRNA Constructs in Lentivectors

  • Custom constructs expressing siRNAs will be generated for the target gene of your choice.

  • OR we generate a custom construct expressing an siRNA sequence that you provide.
     

Custom Lentiviral siRNA Library Services

  • We construct a custom lentiviral library of siRNA sequences for your target genes.

  • We prepare and hybridize siRNA target to the Affymetrix® GeneChip and analyze the data.
     

Custom Transcriptional Reporter Services

  • We generate transcriptional reporter constructs—using our PathNet™ lentivectors—for the transcriptional factor (TF) of your choice.

  • We can even generate stable transcriptional reporter cell lines for the TF and cell line of your choice.

Custom microRNA Profiling Services

  • Customer supplies total RNA samples.

  • SBI performs real-time qPCR microRNA expression profiling.
