Custom
Transcriptional Reporter Constructs
Let us design,
clone, and package a Transcriptional Reporter construct for the
transcriptional factor (TF) of your choice:

We design a Transcriptional Reporter
Element (TRE) for your particular factor, or you provide your own.

We clone the TRE into a PathNet™
Transcriptional Reporter Vector of your choice, sequence verify, and
package the construct into pseudoviral particles.

You receive the ready-to-infect
pseudoviral packaged construct (1.5 - 2x106 ifu [infection units]) and/or
plasmid construct (5-10 μg).
Custom
Transcriptional Reporter Cell Lines
Let us generate stable transcriptional reporter
cell lines for the transcriptional factor (TF) and cell line of your choice:

Choose a pre-made PathNet™ Reporter
construct (see list) or a
custom SBI construct. -
Select an available cell line from ATCC (www.atcc.com)
or provide us with your own. -
You receive your choice of uncloned or
cloned TF-specific reporter cells.
